My Year in Review + a Gift

I always encourage my clients to celebrate their wins – big or small. So, today, I wanted to share some of my wins this year.

It’s been an inspiring year for me. I've completed the last training of the Coaching Mastery at Erickson International, dived deep into personal knowledge management, took a course on writing and self-publishing books, and have one in the pipeline 🤫.

I’ve done this while building and teaching group workshops and supporting my private clients in 3 and 6-month containers.

This year, I've watched my clients...

  • Set up their business and get their first clients

  • Open a physical library and creative learning space for children

  • Turn a physical business into a digital reincarnation

  • Pivot and create a new product staircase

  • Design and launch their in-person signature retreat

  • Make challenging decisions and honor them

I've also started working with my first 1-2-1 coachee on a full scholarship basis.

Today, I’m honored to share my personal process to do an annual business review. I recommend doing it in several passes to take the time to enjoy the slowness of the process.

I like to keep my schedule light for the week where I start this, like an “annual review retreat” week, and this will be touched up throughout the month all the way through January. I’d do journaling prompts on my bed in the afternoon with a cup of tea. And finally, to integrate and seal my learnings into action, I plan to do the last activity, “Planting The Seeds”, at my desk.

We're not getting into monthly and weekly planning here. I thought it might be overkill at this stage. So, let us celebrate and dream for now. I will share more about planning and defining action steps at the beginning of next year - with a special announcement! Hint: It's all about building a streamlined, human-centered business without relying on social media. If you want to be the first to know about it, click here and opt in.

What are your wins for this year? What do you look forward to in the following year? Please comment below. This will make my day!

I wish you good health and candid joy today and beyond!
