I'M MAIKA.

I’m Maika Endo, a Certified Erickson Professional Coach. I help impact-driven entrepreneurs set up and lead their businesses with more joy, confidence, and clarity, in alignment with their whole identity and core values, so they can feel fulfilled. 

I advocate a clear, calm, and systematic approach to business, one that honors both results and well-being. My mission is to show that growth doesn’t have to come from constant posting or burnout, but from a grounded foundation that creates sustainable success.

A lifelong passion for the human psyche, healing arts, and personal growth led me to coaching. As a true hybrid, French, born in Japan, having lived in China for 13 years, and now in Istanbul with my family, I bring a global perspective to entrepreneurship and a deep respect for the many ways people choose to live, work, and thrive.
